There's probably some saying somewhere about..oh wait, I remembered it.."If it ain't broke, don't fix it." Poor grammar aside, this cliche has got to be numero uno with the folks doing the demon costumes over in Sunnydale. So many demons resemble Eyghon, and these demon sisters are no exception.
We first hear about these way-ugly women after we witness Buffy, Faith, Giles, Willow, (and, okay, Xander) doing a bang-up job of killing in a demon nest. Buffy and Co. don't yet have a handle on what these things are yet.
Anyhoo, it turns out that the SOJ is actually some kind of apocalyptic cult, basically living to bring about the world's destruction. Hey, maybe it pays. So, they're trying to open the Hellmouth.
Probably the most interesting thing about them -- besides the fact that they look pretty genderless -- is that they eat their foes to celebrate their victory. Yuck. These are pretty boring demons, but then, they're probably supposed to be, eh? We could maybe blame the whole Faith/Xander liaison on 'em though, if we wanted to. Heh.We last saw the demons chomping on a foe, but then, the gang saved the world from destruction, so maybe that means the Jhe were vanquished. Who knows.
